Fund Description

The fund aims to achieve its investment objectives by diversifying its portfolio across two primary components: a Futures Component and an Equity Component. The Futures Component allocates 30% to 70% of assets to futures contracts, options, and swaps related to currencies, interest rates, stock indices, metals, energy, and agricultural commodities, while maintaining cash and cash equivalents for margin or collateral. Meanwhile, the Equity Component also represents 30% to 70% of assets, focusing on long-term exposure to U.S. and international equity securities, primarily managed on a passive, buy-and-hold basis. A portion of the fund???s strategy is executed via a wholly-owned subsidiary, investing up to 25% of total assets in commodities and futures contracts.
