Fund Description

The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets, including borrowings for investment purposes, in common and preferred stocks of companies located in China, including districts such as Hong Kong. A company or other issuer is considered located in China, and a security or instrument is deemed to be a Chinese security or instrument, if it has substantial ties to China, as determined primarily by criteria related to the issuer (such as place of organization, revenue/profit or asset exposure, primary trading market, headquarters or principal place of business, or governmental status) and, for an instrument or issue, criteria related to the issuer and the instrument (such as financing a China-related project, being secured by China-located assets, inclusion in the MSCI China Index, or being denominated in China's currency along with other criteria). It may invest in depositary receipts and in affiliated or unaffiliated ETFs for cash equitization. It targets companies with sustainable growth based on fundamental characteristics and may invest across sectors and company sizes.
