Fund Description

The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing at least 80% of net assets, including borrowings for investment purposes, in common and preferred stocks of companies located in China, including districts such as Hong Kong, that it believes are innovators in products, services, processes, business models, management, technology use, or market approach. It may invest in companies outside China, but not if more than 20% of assets are invested outside China at the time of purchase. It may invest in depositary receipts and in affiliated or unaffiliated ETFs for cash equitization. The implementation of its principal investment strategies may result in a significant portion of its assets being invested from time to time in one or more sectors, although the fund may invest in companies in any sector, and may have high portfolio turnover.
