Fund Description
Incepted in December 2002, the fund is managed by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. The fund seeks growth of capital over the long-term. The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing, under normal conditions, at least 80% of its assets in a broadly diversified portfolio of common stocks of mid-cap companies whose earnings the fund?s adviser expects to grow at a faster rate than the average company. ?Mid-cap? companies are defined as those whose market capitalizations, at the time of purchase, fall within the range of companies in either the S&P MidCap 400 Index or the Russell MidCap Growth Index. The fund distributes dividends and capital gains annually.
