Fund Description

The fund seeks long-term capital growth by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of publicly traded common stocks of U.S. companies. Under normal circumstances, it emphasizes small- and mid-cap growth companies the adviser believes may have prospects for above-average revenue and earnings growth based on factors such as high sales or unit growth, industry growth, high or improving returns on assets and equity, and a strong balance sheet. It may invest across market capitalizations and industries and may invest up to 25% of total assets in foreign companies, including emerging markets.
