Fund Description
The fund was incepted in December 1997 and is managed by Marsico Capital Management, LLC. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund is a 'non-diversified' portfolio and invests primarily in the common stocks of large companies, normally a core position of 20-30 common stocks that are selected for their long-term growth potential. The fund may invest up to 10% of its total assets and 15% of its net assets in illiquid investments. The fund pays dividends and capital gains annually.
