Fund Description
The fund was incepted in December 2000 and is managed by Managers Funds. The fund seeks to achieve superior long-term after-tax returns for investors by investing in a diversified portfolio of U.S. equity securities that reflects the characteristics of the Russell 3000 Index in terms of industry, earnings growth, valuation and similar measurements. Dividends and capital gains, if any, are declared and paid in December.
