Fund Description

Incepted in December 2002, the fund is managed by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. The fund seeks long-term total return. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities. Although the fund may invest in companies with a broad range of market capitalizations, the fund tends to focus on companies with large capitalizations (generally having market capitalizations above $3 billion). The fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in the securities of foreign issuers. The fund distributes dividends and capital gains annually.
