Fund Description

The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in established and emerging companies worldwide, with capitalizations within the range of the MSCI All Country World Index. It uses bottom-up, fundamental research to identify high-quality companies believed to be undervalued at purchase, typically favoring firms with sustainable competitive advantages monetized through growth. The investment process integrates analysis of sustainability with respect to disruptive change, financial strength, environmental and social externalities and governance (also referred to as ESG), and may include engagement with management on material issues. It may concentrate in a limited number of issuers, and generally sells when holdings no longer meet criteria. It may invest in China A-Shares via Stock Connect, depositary receipts, equity securities, and privately placed and restricted securities.
