Fund Description

The fund seeks its objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of mid-capitalization companies. Mid-cap companies are those with market capitalizations at purchase within the range of companies included in the S&P MidCap 400 Index or the Russell Midcap Index, which can change with market conditions and index composition. The adviser uses a quantitative process combining value, momentum, quality, and growth factors to build a diversified portfolio, manage risk by limiting exposure to particular sectors and issuers, and sell holdings when factors deteriorate, better opportunities arise, or risk parameters require. Up to 10% may be in foreign securities, including ADRs and GDRs.
