Fund Description
The fund was incepted in December 1997 and is managed by Marsico Capital Management, LLC. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund is a 'diversified' portfolio and invests primarily in the common stocks of large companies that are selected for their growth potential. The fund invests without limit in foreign securities. The fund may invest up to 10% of its total assets in all types of fixed income securities and 15% of its net assets in illiquid investments. The fund pays dividends and capital gains annually.
