Fund Description
The fund was incepted in May 1986 and is managed by New York Life Investment Management. The fund seeks maximum current income through investments in a diversified portfolio of high-yield debt securities. Capital appreciation is a secondary objective. The fund managers combine continual security monitoring and independent credit evaluations with rigorous buy and sell disciplines to maximize upside potential and manage downside risk. The fund offers dividends monthly. Capital gains are distributed in December.
