Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, including any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities such as common stocks, depositary receipts, and other instruments representing an ownership interest or right to acquire one. It invests primarily in foreign securities, including emerging market securities. The adviser is not constrained by any particular investment style and may invest in growth companies, value companies, or a blend, across companies of any size. Holdings are normally diversified across industries, sectors, countries, and regions, but may be significantly concentrated in a single area. It uses an active bottom-up approach driven primarily by fundamental analysis, with quantitative screening tools also considered.
