Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in large-capitalization companies with market capitalizations over $4 billion at the time of purchase. The subadvisor typically invests substantially all assets in domestic securities but may invest up to 20% in foreign securities, with issuer classification based on "country of risk" as determined by a third party. Using a bottom-up approach, it seeks companies with potential for above-average earnings and cash flow growth and management focused on shareholder value, considering factors such as competitive advantages, market share gains, rising returns on invested capital, cash flow use, and governance. ESG factors are evaluated using independent vendor data as one input, and positions may be sold when fully valued, prospects deteriorate, or limits are exceeded.
