Fund Description

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of net assets, including borrowings for investment purposes, in common and preferred stocks of companies located in Asia, including developed, emerging and frontier markets. It may also invest in Asian issuers' convertible securities of any duration or quality, including unrated or below investment grade, and in depositary receipts. The fund seeks to invest in companies capable of sustainable growth based on fundamental characteristics, including balance sheet information, size and stability of cash flow, management's depth, adaptability and integrity, product lines, corporate governance and financial health, and it may invest in companies of any size and in any sector. It may use affiliated or unaffiliated ETFs for cash equitization.
