Fund Description

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in established and emerging companies. It uses a bottom-up stock selection process, typically investing in unique companies believed to have sustainable competitive advantages, above-average business visibility, the ability to deploy capital at high rates of return, strong balance sheets and attractive risk/reward. It may focus a significant portion of investments in a limited number of issuers, potentially in the same industry, sector or geographic region. ESG factors are integrated as a lens for additional fundamental research. It may invest in equity, privately placed and restricted securities, and up to 25% in foreign issuers, including emerging markets, in U.S. dollars or other currencies.
