Fund Description

The fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of equity securities. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in dividend-paying equity securities and derivatives providing exposure to such securities or related market risk factors. It may invest across market capitalizations but generally focuses on large-cap securities, and may also hold convertible securities and non-convertible preferred stock. It may invest up to 25% of total assets in foreign issuers, in U.S. and non-U.S. dollar denominations, including via depositary receipts.
