Fund Description

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of large-capitalization companies, generally those with a minimum market capitalization of approximately $3 billion at the time of purchase. It may continue to hold securities that later fall below this threshold, which can result in less than 80% in large-cap securities at times. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of U.S. large-cap companies, using a quantitative and qualitative process to build a diversified, growth-oriented equity portfolio focused on high-quality growth companies with improving earnings expectations and reasonable valuations.
