Fund Description
The fund was incepted in January 1998 and is managed by Massachusetts Financial Services Company. The fund's investment objective is capital appreciation. The fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 65% of its net assets in common stocks and related securities of foreign companies. The fund focuses on foreign companies (including emerging market issuers) that the fund believes have favorable growth prospects and attractive valuations based on current and expected earnings or cash flow. The fund does not emphasize any particular country and, under normal market conditions, the fund invests in at least five countries. Equity securities may be listed on a securities exchange or traded in the over-the-counter markets. The fund offers dividends annually and capital gains annually.
