Fund Description

The fund was incepted in June 2000 and is managed by Managers Funds. The fund seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in the equity securities of small companies. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 65% of its total assets in common and preferred stocks of small companies with the potential for long-term capital appreciation. The fund may invest, without limit, in cash or high quality short-term debt securities including repurchase agreements. Dividends and capital gains, if any, are declared and paid annually.
