Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks of U.S. companies with market capitalizations that, at the time of investment, are similar to the market capitalizations of companies whose stocks are included in the S&P 500 Index or the Russell 3000 Index. It may also invest in securities of foreign issuers, including emerging market issuers as defined by countries included in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, and may invest in REITs. The subadvisor seeks resilient businesses led by owner-minded executives, evaluating business strength, growth opportunities, management and capital allocation skill, valuation, and financially material ESG factors.
