Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets, including any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of issuers principally engaged in offering, using, or developing products, processes, or services expected to provide or benefit significantly from technological advances, such as computer systems and software, networking and telecommunications, internet, business services, and electronics. It invests primarily in equity securities, including common stocks and depositary receipts. The adviser is not constrained to a particular style and may invest in growth or value companies, of any size, and in foreign securities. The fund is non-diversified and may enter into short sales. It uses an active bottom-up approach based mainly on fundamental analysis, with quantitative screening tools also considered.
