Fund Description
The fund was incepted in August 2001 and is managed by Massachusetts Financial Services Company. The fund's investment objective is to seek capital appreciation. The fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks and related securities of companies with medium market capitalizations that the fund believes are undervalued in the market relative to their long-term potential. The fund may invest in foreign securities (including emerging market securities), through which it may have exposure to foreign currencies. The fund's investments may include securities issued in initial public offerings and securities listed on a securities exchange or traded in the over-the-counter markets. The fund offers dividends and capital gains annually.
