Fund Description

The fund was incepted in February 1998 and is managed by Fifth Third Asset Management. The objective of this fund is to seek capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of micro cap companies that management believes to be undervalued. Micro cap companies are those companies whose equity securities have a total market value under $300,000,000 at the time of purchase. Equity securities consist of common stock and securities convertible into common stock. Dividends, if any, are declared and paid quarterly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed at least annually.
