Fund Description

The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of large-cap companies, defined as those with market capitalizations of $4 billion or more at purchase. It emphasizes a growth style, seeking companies with potentially superior earnings growth and revenue growth expected to continue for an extended period. The fund may invest in foreign securities, including emerging markets, may focus on sectors such as communications and technology, and may use derivatives including futures contracts. Empower Capital Management selects and monitors sub-advisers, with the investment portfolio managed by two sub-advisers: J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. and Victory Capital Management Inc.
