Fund Description

The fund is passively managed to track the Nasdaq-100 Index, which includes 100 of the largest domestic and international non-financial companies listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market and weights each stock by total market value. It invests primarily in index stocks so portfolio weightings approximate the Index, and under normal market conditions will invest at least 80% of total assets in those stocks, seeking return correlation of at least 0.95. Most transactions adjust holdings to track the Index and reflect changes in its composition. It may invest in futures contracts; Shelton will typically buy futures contracts so that the market value of the futures replicates the difference between the net assets of the fund and the equity holdings, which helps minimize the fund's tracking error. It may hold short-term securities and cash equivalents for liquidity and may invest in other investment companies consistent with its objective and policies. It is classified as diversified but may exceed diversification limits solely due to changes in relative market capitalizations or index weightings, without shareholder approval.
