Fund Description

The fund was incepted in September 1982 and is managed by Sit Investment Associates, Inc. The fund seeks to maximize long-term capital appreciation. At least 80% of the funds net assets are invested in the common stocks of companies with capitalizations of $2 billion to $15 billion at the time of purchase. The fund adviser invests in domestic growth oriented companies it believes exhibit the potential for superior growth. Dividends and capital gains are distributed annually.
