Fund Description

The fund invests predominantly (at least 80% of net assets at initial purchase) in common stocks of mid- to large-cap companies selected under its Sustainable Investing Criteria. It uses a fundamental, research-driven approach focused on financially material, long-term sustainability issues, seeking high-quality companies with solid balance sheets, durable franchises, conservative capital structures, and high-integrity management. It applies a Quality at a Reasonable Price framework using ROIC, free cash flow, and valuation multiples, and avoids firms with revenue from gambling or producing alcohol, tobacco, weapons, nuclear power, or private prisons. It invests primarily in domestic stocks, may also invest in stocks of foreign companies and may invest in exchange traded funds (ETFs), is non-diversified, and may sell a security if the portfolio manager believes it is unattractively valued, if a company's business fails to perform as expected, or when other opportunities appear more attractive.
