Fund Description

The fund invests at least 65% of total assets in equity securities, principally common stock, of domestic issuers listed on a nationally recognized securities exchange, generally defined as companies located, organized, or with a majority of assets or business in the United States. It may invest across market capitalizations and in industries within sectors such as information technology, healthcare, energy, industrials, specialty retailing, media/leisure/cable/entertainment, and business and consumer services, with sector allocations that may change at any time. It may engage in short sales. The fund generally avoids trading for short-term gains and uses measures intended to enhance tax efficiency when consistent with its strategy.
