Fund Description

The fund invests substantially all (at least 80%) of its net assets in equity securities in a free float-adjusted, market capitalization index, and in ADRs, EDRs, and GDRs representing such securities, in weightings that approximate the index. The index includes large-, mid- and small-cap stocks across 23 developed markets and 24 emerging markets countries, as determined by the index provider, focused on companies engaged in owning, developing, and managing specific core property-type real estate, and excludes firms that do not own properties. It concentrates at least 25% of total assets in real estate issuers and uses replication or optimization to manage tracking error, costs, taxes, and rebalancing.
