Fund Description
The fund was incepted in January 1991 and is managed by New York Life Investment Management Quantitative Strategies. This fund was formerly called as Eclipse EAFE Index Fund. The main objective of the fund is to provide investment results that correspond to the total return performance of common stocks in the aggregate as represented by the Morgan Stanley Capital International Europe, Australasia, and Far East Index (The 'EAFE Index'). The fund invests its assets in a widely diversified portfolio of equity securities of non-U.S. issuers domiciled in developed countries, other than the U.S., that are generally represented in the (MSCI EAFE Index). The fund offers dividends at least once a year. Capital gains, if any, are distributed at the end of each fiscal year.
