Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks of mid-capitalization companies, defined as those within the Russell Midcap Index market-cap range at initial purchase. It invests primarily in domestic securities but may also invest in foreign companies. The strategy uses qualitative, bottom-up research to identify underappreciated companies with catalysts for growth, including new technologies, products or services, regulatory updates, market share gains, cyclical inflections, restructurings or self-help initiatives, and may invest in anticipation of a catalyst. Holdings may be Core, Turn or Tactical, and the fund seeks to reduce risk through diversification and a disciplined sell process.
