Fund Description
The fund was incepted in July 1996 and is managed by Banc of America Capital Management. The objective of the fund is to provide a total return that (before fees and expenses) exceeds the total return of the Standard & Poor's 500 Composite Stock Price Index. The fund replicates the characteristics of the S&P 500 Index while strategically over weighting stocks expected to outperform the market. Dividends are distributed monthly. Capital gains are distributed semi-annually.
