Fund Description
The fund was incepted in April 1994 and is co-managed by Northern Trust Investments and Northern Trust Global Investments (Europe) Limited. The fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities. The fund intends to invest in the securities of companies located in a number of countries throughout the world. Dividends and capital gains, if any, are declared and paid annually.
