Fund Description

The fund seeks its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets in a broadly diversified portfolio of equity securities of large-capitalization U.S. companies, including foreign issuers traded in the U.S., with large caps generally defined by the market-cap range of the Russell 1000 Index. It uses statistics and advanced econometric methods to evaluate fundamental and quantifiable characteristics such as relative valuation, price momentum, and earnings quality, combining them in a proprietary multifactor quantitative model to set security weightings with risk controls. It may use stock index futures to equitize cash and enhance liquidity, and will normally sell securities deemed no longer attractive. The fund may at times have focused sector exposure exceeding 15% of total assets.
