Fund Description

Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of large-, mid- and small-cap companies. Its sub-adviser seeks under-valued companies with a catalyst to unlock value or improve profitability, maintaining a long-term view and focusing on securities it believes can appreciate over an extended time despite interim fluctuations. It may sell or trim positions if risk/reward, valuation or catalysts become less favorable. The fund invests primarily in U.S. equities, but may invest up to 35% in non-U.S. equities, including up to 10% in emerging markets.
