Fund Description

The fund invests predominantly (at least 80% of net assets at initial purchase) in common stocks of mid- to large-capitalization companies selected as high-quality under the fund's Sustainable Investing Criteria. The portfolio manager uses a fundamental, research-driven approach focused on financially material sustainability issues and seeks Quality at a Reasonable Price using metrics such as ROIC, future economic earnings, free cash flow and valuation multiples. It may invest in foreign stocks, invests across industries, is non-diversified, may engage with companies on ESG topics, and avoids revenue from gambling, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, nuclear power or private prisons.
