Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus any investment borrowings, in securities of REITs and real estate-related companies, primarily equity REITs. Real estate-related companies include firms involved in development, ownership, construction, management or sale of real estate, those with significant real estate holdings, and providers of real estate products or services. It invests across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, with regional weights generally within +/-10% of the benchmark's regional weights, and may invest up to 10% in emerging markets. It typically holds 50-60 securities and uses a value-oriented approach emphasizing valuation, price, catalysts and ESG factors.
