Fund Description
The fund was incepted in March 1950 and is managed by Northeast Management & Research Company, Inc. The fund seeks production of income and capital appreciation. The fund invests more than 80% of its assets in bonds or other debt securities. Under economic conditions, the fund invests for relatively short periods of time in short-term highly liquid securities with maturities of 180 days or less. The fund distributes its dividends quarterly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed between October 31 and December 31.
