Fund Description

The fund invests primarily in equity securities of issuers in developed and, to a lesser extent, emerging market countries worldwide, with many holdings denominated in non-U.S. dollar currencies. It normally focuses on established companies across regions such as Europe, the United Kingdom, Japan, Asia, Australia and Canada, and under normal market conditions maintains diversification across industries and geographies. It invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities and limits frontier market exposure to no more than 20%. It uses a disciplined approach combining fundamental and quantitative research, including multifactor models and stock-selection rankings based on value, momentum, quality and analysts' expectations, and may consider global market indices. It may also invest in U.S. equities and use derivatives, primarily for hedging and risk management, including mitigating strong U.S. dollar risk.
