Fund Description
The fund was incepted in February 1969 and is managed by Davis Selected Advisers. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests majority of its assets in equity securities issued by companies with market capitalizations of at least $10 billion that are of high quality and whose shares are selling at attractive prices. The fund has the flexibility to invest a limited portion of its assets in companies of any size and to invest in non-equity securities. The fund offers dividends and capital gains annually.
