Fund Description

The fund is a fund of funds that may invest in underlying open-end and closed-end funds (including unlisted interval funds), ETFs, and other pooled investment vehicles advised by Invesco Advisers, Inc. and other pooled investment vehicles advised by Invesco Capital Management LLC, or advised by unaffiliated advisers. It uses a three-step process to set strategic return drivers by asset class, select underlying funds and target weightings (balancing active risk where multiple funds exist), and ongoing monitoring of the fund's asset class allocations, underlying funds and target weightings in the underlying funds. It generally invests 85%-100% in equity funds and the remainder in a flexible mix of fixed-income and alternative funds, and may use derivatives and hold cash or liquid investments.
