Fund Description

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets in China securities, including equities of companies organized in or primarily traded in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong or Taiwan, as well as companies with at least 50% of assets or revenues tied to those markets but listed elsewhere. It invests principally in common stocks it believes have potential for significant long-term growth and may use Shanghai- and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect and equity-linked certificates (Participatory Notes), including those issued and/or guaranteed by counterparties rated A or better by Moody's or Standard & Poor's, or deemed by OAM to be of similar quality. The adviser and sub-adviser select companies based on, among other things, fundamental analysis of individual securities, and portfolio turnover may be high.
