Fund Description

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets in securities of relatively small companies with market capitalizations at the time of investment of $1.5 billion or less, or within the range of the MSCI ACWI Small-Cap Index, whichever is greater. It invests principally in common stocks of companies the adviser believes have significant long-term growth potential, without limit in U.S. and non-U.S. companies, including developed and emerging markets. It may gain exposure via Shanghai- and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect and equity-linked certificates (Participatory Notes). The adviser anticipates 40-60% in emerging growth companies outside the U.S. on average over time.
