Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of large, well-established companies, defined as those with market capitalizations within the Russell 1000 Growth Index universe at purchase. It typically invests in common stocks of companies with a history of above-average growth or expected to enter such periods. Derivatives may be used as substitutes for securities, primarily futures to gain targeted equity exposure from cash positions. The adviser uses a fundamental bottom-up approach emphasizing positive price momentum, attractive fundamentals, and structural disconnects. As part of its investment process, the adviser seeks to assess the impact of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors on many issuers in the universe in which the fund may invest, and these assessments may not be conclusive. The fund is non-diversified.
