Fund Description

The fund is a fund of funds that primarily invests in other J.P. Morgan Funds. As a growth and income strategy, most assets are allocated to J.P. Morgan equity funds, including international equity and specialty funds, with a moderate portion in income funds and money market funds. Specialty funds may use market neutral or other alternative strategies, or provide exposure to alternative equity asset classes such as REITs or commodities. Up to 20% may be invested in J.P. Morgan exchange-traded funds. The allocation seeks a long-term risk/return profile similar to 70% equities and 30% income securities. The adviser allocates among underlying funds using fund selection, tactical and strategic asset allocation, and sets strategic weights using three- to five-year and 10- to 15-year outlooks while aiming for volatility similar to its Lipper peer group.
