Fund Description

The fund was incepted in July 1991 and is managed by Banc One Investment Advisor. The fund seeks long-term capital growth primarily by investing in a portfolio of equity securities of small-capitalization and emerging growth companies. The fund invests mainly in common stock, debt securities, preferred stocks, convertible securities, warrants and other equity securities of small-capitalization companies. Generally, the fund invests in small-cap companies with market capitalizations ranging from $100 million to $3 billion at the time of investment. The fund offers dividends quarterly and capital gains annually.
