Fund Description

The fund invests in a broad, diversified portfolio of small and medium capitalization securities listed on U.S. exchanges or traded over-the-counter, as well as foreign entities, including those from emerging markets. It commits at least 80% of its net assets to these companies, which are defined as those within the smallest 40% by market capitalization of the MSCI ACWI Investable Market Index (IMI). The fund may utilize a quantitative strategy and is open to investing in securities with a minimum market capitalization of $250 million. In addition to equities, it may allocate assets to government fixed income securities, ETFs, REITs, corporate bonds, and various derivatives for return enhancement and risk management. Day-to-day investment decisions are managed by engaged sub-advisers.
