Fund Description

The fund uses a sustainable, multi-asset allocation approach by investing in underlying funds managed by the Adviser. It targets companies and issuers believed to benefit from the transition to a more sustainable global economy, integrating proprietary Corporate/Issuer Resilience analysis-governance, material environmental and social risks, physical and transition climate risks, human capital management, and controversies-into portfolio construction and incorporates that analysis into portfolio construction and management within certain risk parameters (e.g., sector and regional exposure) relative to the underlying funds' benchmark indices. It generally holds about 50-75% equities and 25-50% debt, may invest up to 45% in non-U.S. securities (with limits on non-ADR exposure), may use unaffiliated ETFs for cash management, and follows a fossil fuel policy with defined exclusions; however, a company with more than 5% revenues or profits from fossil fuel refining, processing, storage, transportation and distribution may be included if the Adviser determines it has credible plans for climate risk mitigation aligned with the transition to net zero.
