Fund Description

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by normally investing at least 65% of total assets in equity and equity-related securities of companies the subadviser believes can provide returns above the Russell 1000 Value Index and, over the long term, the S&P 500 Index. It follows a value style, seeking securities viewed as undervalued versus perceived value. Most holdings are in large-capitalization companies, defined as having market capitalizations of $1 billion or more at purchase. It may invest up to 35% in non-U.S. securities and may at times have significant sector concentration.
